I specialize in intellectual property and commercial transactions with a modern practice as outside counsel to tech companies and also General Counsel to Svitla Systems, Inc., a software development company headquartered in San Francisco. I love to work on gaming projects, and welcome any discussions about the challenges presented by developing games.

I earned a Master’s in Law & Technology from U.C. Berkeley School of Law and a JD from the University of San Francisco.
